Common social media pattern:
Someone posts a picture of a heavily attended event from twelve years ago with a caption claiming it was from an event last week.
The internet: WOOHOO LOOK AT ALL OF THOSE PEOPLE FROM THE EVENT LAST WEEK WHO SUPPORT MY CAUSE!!!

It was a 2-1 decision. All 3 judges were Obama appointees.
Props to them.
We've covered most of these on The Law.
The dishonesty is palpable.
Not once did the author mention the facts or holding of the case:
That the govt can't censor documentaries.
