Hey, Ken Buck, regarding your federal “hate crime” legislation that treats law enforcement as more important than us mere serfs, you might take a lesson from Barry Goldwater. ┬áCheck out that part in his book “Conscience of a Conservative” where he said “I will not attempt to discover whether legislation is ‘needed’ before I have first determined whether it is constitutionally permissible.”

Still waiting to hear which part of Article I, Section 8, (or any other part, for that matter) of the United States Constitution gives the federal government any authority over intrastate crime.

… crickets….crickets….crickets….crickets…………

When “conservatives” ignore the enumerated powers, they have no standing to criticize when “progressives” do it.

The modern GOP is useless when it comes to protecting the Constitution. It’s worse than useless. It is complicit in its destruction.

And Ken Buck is the latest exhibit.
