On a recent Facebook thread, there was some criticism of potential themes for the upcoming Libertarian National Convention in Austin in 2020: “TANSTAAFL” and “Ancapistan.” My modified reply to that criticism:

Libertarians are not known for their marketing ability.

Libertarians could not market bottled water at Burning Man.

But the guys in charge of marketing at Burning Man would be sitting in an empty tent with pallets of unsold bottled water, very happy and content with themselves as being the only ones worthy of the water anyway.
